General
By placing an order the buyer acknowledges to have read and accepted the terms and conditions. When we have received your order you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right not to deliver, in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. The customer will be notified within one month after placing the order and has the right to cancel the order.
Delivery
All orders are subject to availability and will be carried out within 30 days. If this is not possible, because the product is not in stock, or it is delayed for any other reason, the customer will be notified within one month after placing the order and has the right to cancel the order without any costs. The place of delivery is at the adress given by the customer to the company. When the package is send, you will receive an email with the Track&Trace number of your order. With this number, you can trace your parcel.
Pricing
The prices of the products shall not be raised during the validity period given in the offer, subject to changes the price due to changes in VAT rates. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Hassing1894 cannot be held accountable for the consequences of these typographical errors, other errors or inaccuracies. Prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are added in the checkout page and are included in the total costs.
Right of withdrawal
The Consumer can repudiate a purchase contract for a product without giving reasons for a period of reflection of at least 14 days. This 14 days period starts at the moment the product(s) has been delivered by the consumer or by a third party appointed by him in advance. If the customer has not returned the product(s) within this period, the customer cannot do so anymore. If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, the customer will be held accountable for the costs of returning the products. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
